It was so much fun though. They put a bunch of warm water and you tumble down the hill. I did the zig zag track instead of the straight one and it was well worth it. I wish I had done it twice but there was a bus full of people waiting.

I couldn’t do the dry one as it was broken at the time so the wet one was all we got. Am planning on spending at least a week in Bay of Islands, but hadnt thought about Zorbing. Did you do the wet or dry one?

I loved Milford Sound, was one of the best places Ive been to here so far! It was the Spirit of New Zealand pass that went all over both islands and included Milford Sound and the Bay of Islands. If you're short on time or you don't want to see all those things you can get a shorter one.
I highly recommend a pass with the Bay of Islands on it or getting that extra. It was my favorite part of the North Island. Don't forget to Zorb in Rotorua, it's the only place you can do it!

I was very happy with the Magic Bus tour I did. When it's all said and done, I'll be spending 5 weeks tiki-touring about the North Island and still looking for ways to fill the time. I'm a solitary traveller by nature, but am really tempted to do one of the hop-on/hop-off bus trips to get out of my usual habits for a while.

Hi! I had a fantastic time on my trip but there are still things that I would love to go back and do. I've started a to do list for the next time.
I'm already back actually :) I would love to do a guest post.

It’s tough to do everything when you are travelling. There are always compromises. I would love to have you write a guest post at LifeExcursion about your excursion. I was thinking a list post around the premise of 'Top 10 Places to Run Amuck in Aussie/NZ' or anything like that. I would love to share your view of Aussie and NZ as my view has already been shared on LE.
Get back to me,,,,and have a safe flight back...
