This one http://celestinechua.com/blog/2009/01/21-tips-to-wake-up-early/ is also a good article about getting up early.
I'm one the fence about coffee. On the one hand, I like it and having it in the morning but on the other hand I'd love to not be very dependent on it. That said I don't drink it on weekends and when I'm not work. Not sure yet. I'll keep you updated!

Thanks for the awesome comment Makenzie! Great blog! I totally love learning new things too! This winter in-fact, I'm going to train for a Triathalon http://www.adventurousmom.com/my-to-do-list/the-next-adventure/ (not one of those big ones, I'm just gonna start with the small one.) So if you have any running tips (running is not my strong point) I'd love to hear them!
On the waking up early, hear ya there. I looooove to sleep, but then you think, "Shouldn't I be getting up early? That way I can get more done."
Have you read this:
http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2005/05/how-to-become-an-early-riser/
Some day (maybe next year) I'll try it.
Lastly, I can't imagine giving up coffee unless it gives you heart palpitations or other adverse effects. It does have some good effects too: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2009/07/06/earlyshow/main5136373.shtml
This is my excuse for continuing coffee!
Cheers!
